Anointing your candles~

Its always a good idea to annoint your candles before using them in magic.
The reason for this is: that it leaves less room for cosmic error.
For one thing, it reminds the candle that it's a magical tool.
For another, it gives the candles a specific property.
But most important, it puts the candle on notice that once its burning, it must send your message to the universe posthaste.
And that clears the path to get magic off the ground.

Annointing candles is easy.
All you need is an oil appropriate to your intent, or some vegetable oil and a purpose appropriate herb.
Then follow the instructions below.
Your magic will soon be soaring high.

1. Rub a few drops of oil between your palms, then grasp the centre of the candle with both hands.

2. Close your eyes and concentrate on your magical intent, see the results of your desires manifesting in reality.

3. Move your hands slowly towards the end of the candle while chanting something appropriate to your magical purpose.

4. If you opted for the vegetable oil and herb method, roll the candle in the plant material.

Thats all there is to it, the candle is now ready for magical use....
