Charging herbs..

Gather the amount of herb necessary for the current effort and place it in a dish.
Hold your hands over the herb until you feel its energy rise.
(You may feel a bit warm or even a slight tingle).
Then close your eyes, touch the herb with your dominant hand, and concentrate on your magical intent.

Still concentrating on magical intent, scoop up some of the herb and run it between your hands.
This allows your energy to mix with the plant energy.
Within a few moments, youl feel the energies mix and mingle and flow between your hands.

Continue to rub the herb between your hands and chant something appropriate to your magical intent.
If for example, you were charging chamomile for a stress relief ritual, you may say something like:

Herb of pure serenity~
Bring your peace and calm to me~

Keep chanting until the herb begins to tingle between your palms.

Repeat the process with any other herbs you intend to use in that effort.
